LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

Terms of Service & Global Booking Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before completing a flight, hotel, or car rental transaction on the FlyEasy platform.

Binding AgreementEffective Date: November 2026

1. Scope of Agency & Multi-GDS Aggregation Services

FlyEasy operates as an online travel search engine and accredited booking intermediary connecting travelers with global distribution systems (including Amadeus GDS), NDC airline feeds (Duffel), bedbanks (Hotelbeds), and mobility providers (CarTrawler). When you complete a booking on FlyEasy, a direct contract of carriage or accommodation is formed between you and the fulfilling travel supplier, governed by both these Terms and the supplier's published tariff rules.

2. Ticketing, PNR Issuance, APIS & Passenger Accuracy

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that passenger first names, middle names, surnames, dates of birth, and passport numbers entered during Step 2 of checkout match their government-issued travel documents. Under IATA Resolution 830d, airlines require valid contact details (email and mobile number) to transmit operational disruption alerts.

3. Dynamic Pricing, Currencies, Taxes & Ancillary Add-Ons

Airfares, hotel rates, and car rental prices are dynamic and subject to real-time inventory availability in the GDS until payment authorization and PNR ticket issuance are completed. All mandatory airport taxes, government passenger duties, and carrier surcharges are included in the total price displayed in the Sticky Order Summary Bar prior to payment.

4. Baggage Allowances, Seat Assignments & Special Meals

Checked baggage allowances (15kg, 23kg, or 32kg) depend on the fare tier and ancillary options selected at checkout. Advance seat selections (Window, Aisle, or Extra Legroom) and special meal requests (SSR codes such as MOML, VGML, KSML) are transmitted directly to the operating airline's PNR, subject to aircraft operational safety and equipment changes.

5. Limitation of Liability & Montreal Convention

International air carriage is governed by the Montreal Convention 1999 or the Warsaw Convention, which define and limit the liability of air carriers for flight delays, baggage loss/damage, and personal injury. FlyEasy's maximum aggregate liability as booking intermediary shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific reservation.
